I have 19 years experience in the financial industry with 10 specifically
devoted to the mortgage industry. During that time, I've completed many different types of mortgages including
Commercial, construction, conforming and Government. I decided early on in my careeer that I would rather
be known for being an expert in one field than for being average in several.
I chose to be an expert in Government loans. Both FHA and VA. I have made
my career out of these two types of mortgages and while I don't profess to know everything about them, I make it
my business to educate myself and keep up to date with the latest of the ever changing guidelines.
