American Pacific Mortgage is a Direct Lending Mortgage Bank with branches in WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ and TX and has the ability to lend in 19 states.  We are FHA and VA approved and can complete refinance and purchase transactions for most all types of properties.  We also have two full divisions devoted exclusively for specialized mortgage products such as Reverse Mortgages and Commercial Mortgages.    While we aren't trying to be everything to everybody, we certainly feel we have the majority of the loan products covered.
